Andrea Moscatelli - E. Granados Quejas o la Maja y él Ruiseñor from Goyescas

Live from Mozarteum's Bösendorfer Saal, Salzburg (2026) in occasion of the International Sommerakademie Born in 2002, Andrea Moscatelli is an Italian pianist who graduated from the N.Paganini Conservatory of Music in Genoa. There, he earned his Bachelor of Music in 2023 and his Master in Piano Performance in 2026, graduating with top marks, distinction, and honorable mention under the guidance of professors Anna Maria Bordin and Dario Bonuccelli. Throughout his career, he has performed in prestigious venues such as the Bösendorfer Saal at the Mozarteum (Salzburg, Austria), the Sala Eutherpe (León, Spain), and the Concert Hall of the Maison du Portugal (Paris, France). He has also appeared on numerous occasions in Italy, including the Mozart Nacht und Tag Marathon in Turin, the Recco in Musica Festival, and the Private Concerts at Casa Mongodi-Bordin in Pavia. Additionally, he participated in the Talent Summer Courses at the Academy of Music in Brescia, where he won the Soloist with Orchestra competition in 2025 performing Grieg's Piano Concerto. In the same year, he published an article on Sergei Bortkiewicz for the music journal Il Paganini. Highly regarded for his artistic sensitivity and collaborative partnership, he has also performed in chamber music ensembles and alongside contemporary dance companies, such as the DEOS Danse Studio Ensemble at the Teatro Sociale in Camogli. Furthermore, he has honed his skills in masterclasses with prominent pianists, including Morales and De María (Mozarteum International Sommerakademie), Devastato (León Piano Meeting), Gamba, Camicia, and Bordin. He was a semifinalist in both the 37th edition of the Albenga International Piano Competition and the 9th edition of the IMF Paris Piano Competition. He is currently attending the Advanced Specialization Course at the UAX in Madrid under the tutelage of Giuseppe Devastato.
