This DIY POTTERY BARN PAINT FINISH HACK UPGRADED my parents’ bathroom vanity

It started with my mom telling me the paint was peeling on her cabinets and was asking if she should swap out the vanity… it ended with them going on vacation and me taking it upon myself to refinish her vanity area in 2 weeks. This Pottery Barn paint finish hack is also something that I’m so glad I stumbled across, because I ABSOLUTELY love this look. I always thought creating the faux wood look was a bit too rustic when created with a graining tool, which is what I did with my TV stand, so this was a more modern alternative. There are still SO MANY MORE things I want to do with their space, but as I am moving soon, it’s going to be a challenge this year.
