Scenic Otis Traction Elevator @ Water Tower Place - Chicago, IL

[Filmed on 7/7/2019] These are the main glass elevators at Water Tower Place in downtown Chicago. I rode the express elevator in this video because these were VERY busy when this was filmed. Overall, these are nice elevators with a neat view, however that audio thing that plays is pretty annoying.
