In this video, I am creek crappie fishing with Poppa 903 and my son Jaiden. Thousands of crappie come in this creek every year to chase the shad that have come in the creek to "warm up". These crappie will be loaded in the deeper holes in the creek because these deeper pockets have warmer water closer to the bottom. We are fishing deeper than I normally would like to, but that's where the crappie are. One of my favorite crappie fishing setups is the double jig rig under a slip cork.
