What is it really like to become a knight? In this video, I train in real armoured combat, learning how to fight with medieval weapons, wear full steel armour, and step into a full-contact medieval battle against trained fighters. With no previous experience, I had just one day to learn the basics before entering the battlefield. Armoured combat is one of the most brutal sports in the world, combining real swords, axes, shields, grappling, medieval armour, and authentic fighting techniques. After learning striking, grappling, and battle tactics, it was time to test my skills in a real fight.
