no wonder brad pitt never fades

Brad Pitt is without a doubt one of the biggest movie stars of the last 30 years. He has won an Oscar for acting, an Oscar for producing, and in 2025, at 61 years old, he made the biggest hit of his entire career with F1. But for most of that time, this man was trying to get you to look at literally anything other than his face. From a quarter of an hour in Thelma & Louise to the Legends of the Fall poster, the industry decided what he was before he could say otherwise. So he started kicking holes in the box with 12 Monkeys, Se7en, and Fight Club. Then came the blockbusters, the tabloid years, and a quiet period behind the camera that changed everything. Brad Pitt had been building something behind the face all along. So today, I want to shine some light on his career to figure out how an actor spent decades trying to outrun his own face, and what happened when he finally stopped running. #bradpitt
