AOS: Все морские животные, способные прожить более 100 лет

Every Ocean Animal That Can Live for Over 100 Years The longfin eel, known scientifically as Anguilla dieffenbachii, is one of the most quietly remarkable animals in the Southern Hemisphere, spending the better part of a century hidden in the murky rivers and streams of New Zealand and southeastern Australia before making a single, extraordinary journey to die. These eels grow at a pace that would frustrate almost any other predator, taking upwards of 20 years just to reach sexual maturity, and females consistently outlive males by decades, with confirmed individuals reaching well over 100 years of age.
