The Entire Story of ALL Fantastic Four Movies in 50 Minutes

Welcome back to Seriesly! Four heroes. Multiple universes. Decades of movies. And one family that keeps finding itself at the center of Marvel’s biggest threats. In 50 minutes, we break down the complete story of the Fantastic Four movies, following the different versions of Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm across multiple timelines and reboots. The journey begins with the unreleased 1994 film before the Fantastic Four finally reached theaters in 2005. A disastrous experiment transforms four ordinary people into something extraordinary. Reed gains the ability to stretch his body, Sue can become invisible and generate force fields, Johnny becomes the Human Torch, and Ben is permanently transformed into the Thing. Together, they must learn to live with their powers while confronting Victor Von Doom, whose own transformation turns him into their greatest enemy. Their story continues with the arrival of the Silver Surfer and the planet consuming Galactus, forcing the team to confront a threat capable of destroying the entire Earth. Then, in 2015, the Fantastic Four are reinvented in a darker timeline. A journey into another dimension gives a new generation their abilities, while Victor’s transformation into Doom once again turns a former friend into an enemy. And finally, The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces a completely new universe and a retro futuristic version of Marvel’s First Family. With Galactus approaching Earth and the Silver Surfer delivering his warning, Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Ben face a battle that threatens not just their planet, but their family and their future. This is the complete story of the Fantastic Four movies, from their earliest cinematic incarnation to the beginning of Marvel’s newest Fantastic Four era.
