BBMB 'ਚ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਗਰਮਾ ਗਈ ਹੈ। BJP ਨੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ। BJP ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਭਰਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੇ 2021 'ਚ ਹੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਰੱਖ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਦਰਅਸਲ BBMB 'ਚ 7000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਈਆਂ ਹਨ। BBMB ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁੱਲ 12,071 ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 5,035 ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੋਟੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ 2500 ਭਰਤੀਆਂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ BBMB ਸਿਰਫ਼ 39 ਫ਼ੀਸਦੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। #barindergoyal #News18Punjab #BBMB #PunjabPolitics #PunjabGovernment The shortage of employees in BBMB has sparked a political controversy in Punjab.
