South Oxhey #parkrun: 3 relaxed laps near Watford

South Oxhey #parkrun, in Watford: a small and simple local event with a very friendly and welcoming team. 3 laps with a little hill, all on grass. As runners we are a competitive bunch, but we only compete with ourselves! Anyone can join and enjoy a weekly parkrun 5K, run, jog or run-walk it! You can read a comprehensive review of South Oxhey parkrun on my website: Https://ingoruns.com You can also find a list of other venues I reviewed below. Nearly all of them have video highlights stored on my YouTube channel: https://ingoruns.com/parkrun-reviews-... Finally, one thing that makes exploring different parkrun venues even more interesting for me is chasing parkrun challenges. They are completely pointless, but completing challenges and filling up maps is fun and it gives me one more reason to be consistent in attending weekly parkrun events and improve myself in my running journey. You can see information on parkrun challenges and the parkrun apps used to track them below: https://ingoruns.com/2023/05/18/parkr... https://ingoruns.com/2023/03/12/parkr... #parkrunuk #loveparkrun #parkruntourism #ukrunchat #running #runningmotivation #runner #southoxhey #watford #hertfordshire #5k #c25k #eastanglia
