In this video, I explain exactly how I edit my RAW files for Black and White. One of the questions I am asked the most is how do I edit my Fujifilm files into the warm contrast style that I like to use. This video explains exactly how I use Lightroom to take RAW files of any camera to achieve this. I talk about using the tone curve tools in collaboration with a careful split toning to make the black and white images. Of course, I know that this style is not to everybody's taste and black and white processing is almost as subjective as photography itself. However, I hope this tutorial will help you identify at least a starting point for your own monochrome edits. Whilst I use Fujifilm cameras, this black and white editing process is applicable for any camera and, in fact, this is exactly the same technique I used to use many years ago when I shot Canon DSLR.
