Because, you're not allowed to conquer outside of South America either. You can colonize and give it to your puppets or companies, but no conquest beyond the continent and challenges. You'll also need to fulfill the following 13 challenges, even doing the one that I personally couldn't get done in time: YAI requests Technocracy Andy requests Tenant Farmers Andy requests Western and Eastern Guangdong Manoel requests us to complete the Brazilian Nationals Journal Entry YAI requests Panama Canal Company Andy requests for us to give a colonial rights to a company who colonizes Africa. Make it as big as humanly possible. YAI requests us to conquer Central America ALL OF IT including British Colonies Andy requests us to Transfer Dutch East Indies Andy requests us to Conquer Siak and Bali Manoel requests us to make a Car Company and call it GURGEL Andy requests Social Monarchy Manoel requests us to change the name of the food company to M. Dias Branco. Manoel requests us to have 300 Army Size. 50 Inf/50 Art, 3 units each.
