This is now the fastest Pking method on Runescape

Jagex nerfed the previous fastest Pking method with the Sunlight crossbow but now we have a new bow to take it's place. The eclipse atlatl bow now becomes the new fastest Pking weapon on OSRS with it's 1.8 second attack speed (3 ticks) and a higher max hit as well.
