It's a BA-10. IT does Broneavtomobil 10 Things. I'm not sure what those things are... Hopefully sick jumps... This model now has paint! Rubicon's kits are usually pretty great, so no surprises here. Quick and fun to put together, should paint up very nicely... I don't know how useful a heavy armoured car is... but it looks great and surely that's important too...
