P.R.O.B.E. – Love & Loss | Lost Media? Rare BBV Short

An obscure, approximately 9-minute P.R.O.B.E. short assembled from material from The Devil of Winterborne. I've had this video on my hard drives for at least 10 years, but have been unable to find any reliable information about it online. It does not appear in the usual P.R.O.B.E./BBV filmographies. The credits list Richard Andrew Fox as “Redux Producer” and include a Gallifrey 7 credit/logo, apparently referring to The Seventh Seal of Gallifrey One in 1996. At the moment, I don't know whether Love & Loss was produced specifically for Gallifrey One, screened or distributed there, or had some other connection to the event. If you know anything about this short, especially if you remember it from the 1990s or have contemporary documentation mentioning it, please leave a comment.
