New Asphalt Drive and Ongoing Earthworks with Crushed Stone Base on the Sunyani Outer Ring Road 4K

Welcome to another update on the Sunyani Outer Ring Road Project in Ghana’s Bono Region. In this episode, we travel through the Kumyarokrom–Catholic University–Domsesere section, where asphalt paving is progressing alongside earthworks, drainage construction and road base preparation. Graders are levelling the carriageways and shaping the median, while drainage and kerb works continue along the roadside. Trucks deliver the 0.40 crushed stone base, which is stockpiled in the median and transported to sections where it is needed. We also observe the preparation of the crushed stone base for asphalt paving, including the application of a bituminous coating, before driving through sections where asphalt has already been laid.
