aWhat does a feast taste like after hours buried under the sand? We follow a full Jordanian mandi from start to finish in Dahab, South Sinai. First the market run for potatoes, onions, meat, chicken and basmati rice. Then the fire pit, the spiced rice, and loading the racks deep into the earth before sealing them with cloth and sand.
