More Than a Bird Dog | Matt Davis & Chief

There are a lot of things that make a great bird dog. Drive. Style. Endurance. The ability to find birds. But every once in a while, there's a dog where it becomes something more. For the past six years, Matt Davis and his German shorthaired pointer, Chief, have covered a lot of miles together — chasing birds across the West and beyond. Somewhere along the way, Chief became more than just a great dog in the field. He became one of Matt's best friends. This is Matt & Chief. The third and final film in our pilot series, The Dogs That Make Us. To celebrate the release, we've teamed up with our friends at Final Rise for a special giveaway featuring a one-of-one Final Rise x Gundog Grind vest.
