The Würzjoch / Passo delle Erbe is a mountain pass at 1982m in the South Tyrolean Dolomites, which is not only wonderful to drive, but also has a lot to offer in terms of landscape with the Peitlerkofel and the surrounding mountains, but is, in contrast to many other Dolomite passes, not very strong frequented! The Würzjoch connects the Untermoital with the Lüsnertal or more extensively the Gadertal in the east with the Eisacktal in the west! If you drive down from the Würzjoch into the Aferertal, you also pass the Kofeljoch at 1866m! Very impressive in terms of landscape, on this crossing you are accompanied to the south by the steep slopes of the Würzjoch and Peitlerkofel, which are protected in the Puez-Geisler Nature Park, and to the north by the gentle soil of the Lüsner Alm! In summer, the Würzjoch is a popular starting point for countless hikes and climbing opportunities, in winter the Würzjoch is closed, but the top of the pass can be reached from the west side, there is also a cross-country ski run to the Würzjoch! Very easy to drive, homogeneous and quite neat to crank - it's fun!
