Franklin is a charming, southern city, frequently named one of the best places to live in all of the US. Southern living, Money Magazine, Niche, you name it…Franklin is the darling. It’s rich in history, gorgeous neighorhoods and a slower pace of life than nearby Nashville. Family friendly, with great public schools. Known for luxury real estate and very desirable neighborhoods. Westhaven: where we are standing today, is one of the most highly top neighborhoods in Franklin, TN…developed by Southern Land Company 20 years ago. My favorite….weekends in the summer…Friday night concerts live bands come and play, songwriter nights….also have a pond in the middle where you can rent a paddleboat and take your dog out on the lake. Westhaven is a great option if you are moving here and don’t know anyone because it’s a great landing point…instanly meet a lot of people. Plugged into a community. Yards….size challenged. Yard is super important to you….this is going to be a tough sell. Also homes are closer together.
