In this video I baked authentic tandoori roti in a traditional way in my DIY clay tandoor. If there is tandoori roti on the dining table then you need something nonveg recipe like chicken korma or mutton korma or lamb chopps korma or buffalo chaaps korma with a rich buttery gravy. So I choose to cook chaap korma which is an old and traditional recipe usually is served in India, Pakistan and Afghanistan on wedding occasions. The complementary dish for tandoori roti I think that is Korma Gravy. No any gravy like korma gravy can match this level of extreme combination of tandoori roti.
