/ @livetvsportz   हाईकोर्ट ने पकड़ लिया सॉफ्टवेयर! ज्ञानेश की चोरी पकड़ी गई, खेल खत्म | Bombay High Court Questions Election Commission Over SIR Deletion of Six Goa Voters The Bombay High Court questioned the Election Commission of India after six members of a family in Goa’s Santa Cruz constituency were deleted from the electoral roll during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), despite having submitted Form 8 to update their address. The Election Commission told the court that its system could not process Form 8 during the SIR enumeration phase. The bench of Justices Valmiki Menezes and Amit Jamsandekar questioned why voters should face the consequences of limitations in the Election Commission’s software. The court observed that the problem was on the Commission’s side and questioned why the family should be required to submit Form 6 as new voters when they had already submitted Form 8.
