Dr. Marvin Berman - Photobiomodulation - Update

This presentation is an expanded version of the poster session that Dr. Berman gave at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference last week. The focus is on the recently published study we did with Baylor Research Institute where we showed the impact of the light stimulation on both the neuropsychological testing and the QEEG changes in amplitude and coherence. Marvin Berman Ph.D. is founder and President of Quietmind Foundation a nonprofit organization that studies and promotes non-invasive, non-drug treatments for neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric, and neurodevelopmental disorders. He has been innovating around using neurofeedback training and transcranial photobiomodulation using near-infrared light stimulation in the treatment of dementing illnesses. Marvin has now introduced a new safe, reliable, self-administered, PBM + EEG entrainment system.
