National 56" industrial ceiling fan

Located in a mosque. a National 140cm industrial ceiling fan, model : F-EY149-2. There were 4 if i'm not mistaken, and I only recorded this one as it had the best physical condition. But it turns out.. Some of the speeds were stalled out. It really needed a regulator replacement. The regulator was inside a room that not everyone could access. The fan was also quite dusty, IDK but i think they don't even care. Again there's not much info I remember about this fan, this was (again) recorded awhile ago. Enjoy!
