Deep Purple - Hard Lovin' Man | live, the BBC sessions, 1970

This is Deep Purple mark 2 performing Hard Lovin' Man for the BBC. This is especially rare because Ritchie Blackmore didn't like to play the song live. So this performance marks the only time (known to date) that they played the song live with Ritchie Blackmore as their guitarist and Jon Lord as their Hammond organ player. Nowadays the song is a setlist regular, mostly played at the beginning of the set to get the energy going. #deeppurple #rock #hardrock #classicrock #70srock #vintagerock #protometal
