Use plastic tools an a little isopropyl alcohol to separate the battery cover. 01:08 Motherboard shield removal. Remove all the Phillips screws to be able to remove the shield. 01:27 Disconnect the battery and Main flex cable. Be careful because you can damage the small parts around the connector. 01:50 Now check the parts around the battery connector. 02:14 There are two resistor on the battery data line 1kOm and 18kOm. Check and re-solder them, if someone missing - replace it. This problem happens during battery disconnection when using metal tools for this.
