Kriyayoga Practice should be learned firstly face-to-face with a Kriyayoga Master (Guru). The Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute provides daily classes, free and open to all. All sincere devotees are most welcome to come, stay, and learn Kriyayoga face-to-face with Guruji. It is recommended to come for 10 days or at least 1 week to learn how to practice Kriyayoga Meditation. After that, a collection of guided meditations is given for daily practice at home.
