However, because of the high demand there has been a lot of brand new developments that took place and Kensho Residence is one of them. From an architectural design perspective, the project is very well optimized. The entrance lobby is grand, the lift lobby was hidden, the facilities deck is complete, and the unit design layout is thoughtful. The first thing that stood out was the ramp parking format which is very unusual. My favourite feature will be the detailings around the spaces, for eg the pebbles around the landscape islands, and the overflowing water feature to mask the noise around the facilities area. For the address, it can get really busy as the project is built on a commercial title land. Right next to the project will be a petrol station and fast food joint followed by rows and rows of commercial shop offices. So if you're a person who appreciates convenience within walking distance then this project is awesome. But if you prioritize privacy and serenity, then this project might not be the best option.
