Zen Martiality of Shaolin - 少林禅武

The Hong Kong based TV show Gong Fu Quest comes to check out Shaolin Gong fu in Song Mountain. At first, the TV show host Howard is highly disappointed with the very standardized athletic practice that is being called Shaolin Gong Fu- both outside of the temple walls, and sadly inside. Howard thinks there should be more to Shaolin Gong Fu than the overly large impractical movements he sees in the temple, and we will see him as he continues his search to find the traditional Shaolin skills that legend, lore, and the ancestors told us all about.
