This episode is like that part in a mystery story where questions built up since the very beginning are finally answered. In this case, those questions are “Why build the C support between Nyx and Effie?” and “Why choose Jakob over Felicia?” This observation is in-character for me, as someone who makes Ace Attorney fancases.
Corrin is +skl -res, sky knight talent.
Tonics used:
Corrin - magic
Nyx - HP
Beruka - strength
Jakob - strength
Notes:
-Fun fact: this clear was a major part of my inspiration to make this series in the first place. For the record, I would not normally recommend this strategy—Niles replicates much of what Nyx can do, but with less strain on your deployment slots—but in those situations where Niles is otherwise occupied, Nyx is a shockingly good replacement for him.
-I forgot to say it in the video so I’m saying it here: speed is harder to boost than either strength or defence in this game, since there aren’t any auras that boost it, and rally speed is far less plentiful than the other two rallies. There is inspiring song, but that requires committing Azura's action, which you can't always afford. Not to mention in a world of Wyvern Lord and Great Knight pair ups, strength and defence are really easy to fix at the same time, while speed and defence are much, much harder. Nyx picked exactly the right stat to have a lot of.
-In addition to Odin, Silas also wasn’t deployed here, which slightly sets back his support with Selena. I tend to use a lot of units in nearly all my playthroughs, so this is nothing special for me.
-Being adjacent to Elise and Camilla, and later Mozu too, gives Nyx 8 and 12 additional hit from adjacency bonuses respectively. This makes her hit rates very, very good.
-It's possible you don't have inspiring song at this point. But as long as you always deploy Azura (which you should), you can pretty easily get her the experience she needs through shelter singing, dual strikes, and/or letting her poach a few kills herself.
