6/4/2014 Tornado Siren Test: Whelen WPS-3016, Franklin County, Ohio

(Siren starts at 0:25) A test of one of Franklin County's Whelen WPS-3016 sirens. This includes the noon test tones and voice messages. The siren is located behind Grove City High School. With the siren being right by a school and homes, the echo coming off of it was INSANE! Also, no, the camera was NOT shaking; the mounting bracket and pole to this particular siren has definitely seen better days! Soccer practice was going on in a nearby field, so the camera might have picked up the people and whistles nearby. Taken with a Canon Powershot S5 IS.
