Here's some info on Godin Company and their guitars... Robert Godin began building guitars in a small rural Quebec village, following his passion for music and craftsmanship. His determination, care, ingenuity, and dedication to craftsmanship led to the creation of Godin Guitars, now one of North America's leading guitar manufacturers. Godin Guitars offers musicians around the world unique and diverse instruments that meet their needs and expectations. You'll see for yourself when you play the first notes! Fifty years after the creation of Godin Guitars, the same passion still drives the new generation through Simon and Patrick, Robert's two sons. Today, our guitars continue to evolve and make their mark on the industry with their modern, refined design, highlighting the handiwork of the company's craftsmen. There are five brands in the Godin family: Seagull, Simon & Patrick, Norman, Art & Lutherie and Godin. The company is also the manufacturer of the revolutionary TRIC guitar cases, which offer an unparalleled level of protection. Godin guitars are unique because from forest to stage, they are North American. In fact, and we are very proud of this, all of our manufacturing is done in our own factories, located in Quebec. This allows us to maintain complete control over every step in the creation of your next instrument. By doing so, Godin's designers and craftsmen ensure the highest possible level of quality, while adding their own personal touch, guaranteeing that your instrument is built in a manner that is state-of-the-art. From the installation of the frets to the final stages of sanding, there is more hand work done on Godin guitars than on any other guitar available in specialty shops. When you buy a Godin, you are supporting a proud Canadian family business. Great craftsmanship in these guitars and pleasure to play and hear. You will love this guitar! Again, comes with the shown hang tags, case candy, and the fabulous Godin Branded Case. Here's some info on that fabulous Case...
