A brand we work with did a consistent $100K a month for a long time. Then, almost out of nowhere, revenue fell to about $10K a month.
It looked like a sales problem. More sales training, better scripts, and a redone pitch didn't fix it, because it wasn't a sales problem. It was an offer problem.
In this video I walk through exactly what changed, why more sales pressure gave us a short lift and then made things worse, and the indicators that tell you whether you're dealing with a sales problem or an offer problem. It applies whether you sell a service, a coaching program, a franchise, or anything high-ticket.
Signs it's the offer, not your sales team:
• The same objections show up across every rep, at the same point in the call
• The founder closes easily, and the rest of the team struggles
• Your team can't explain what you sell the same way twice
• Objections question the offer itself ("What if this doesn't work for me?")
• You keep adding scripts, follow-ups, closers, and pressure, and nothing moves
