This ensemble consists of advanced 9th-12th grade vocalists. In the ninth year of existence, the students' energy, talent, and dedication have exploded. The program has not only nurtured the lives of the students, but it has consistently ranked among the top choirs across the nation. This ensemble has won numerous best-in-class, overall outstanding, and grand champions awards nationwide. In spring 2019, this group was invited to perform at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention (TMEA) as one of the 6A invited choirs. The Treble Singers were invited to perform for the American Choral Director Association (ACDA). In the Spring of 2020, these singers continued sharing their music with an invitation to the Southwestern American Choral Directors Association (SWACDA) Conference. The program has been recognized as back-to-back 2019 and 2020 Mark of Excellence National Winners, 2020-2021 2nd Place American Choral Prize Winners and 2021 GRAMMY Museum Signature School Award Recipient, 2021-2022 American Choral Prize Finalist for youth division and virtual category and recently 2022 Mark of Excellence National Winners. Their latest accomplishment is that they have been invited to perform for the American Choral Director Association (ACDA) in the Spring of 2023. The Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy Singers is a team of talented, driven, and exceedingly kind students who are passionate about music and can’t wait for others to experience their passion.
