Final Fantasy IX (PC | STEAM): Obtaining Level Up Ability for *all* party members

Fairy Earring Synthesis! (1) Soft (1) Magic Armlet Both can be obtained at the shops in the Black Mage Village. Then, the Earring can be synthesized also within the Black Mage Village. The Earring can be worn by any party member. Just ran into this and figured it was worth a short video to show anyone interested. This village is located on the Outer Continent, roughly 20-30% into the game (Disc 2 for classic gamers).
