Physical Science 1110 Lab 2 || Physical and Chemical Properties of Mixtures

In this lab, we demonstrate the differences between homogeneous mixtures (solutions) and heterogeneous mixtures (suspensions and colloids), including a demonstration of the Tyndall effect, and then use filtration and distillation to separate the components of a salt and pepper mixture.
