Removing A Porsche 911 Engine And Transmission

It is a simple job to drop an engine and transmission on an air-cooled Porsche. We start with Oil, Electric, Fuel, Transmission, Driveshafts, and lastly, the rear engine mounts. A lift makes this 10 times more manageable, but you can jack up the car and get it on stands. Be safe, take your time, and double-check before dropping that engine. Don't forget those ground straps!
