September Mindful Consumption

I recorded this on 10/1 and then got a bit busy and failed to post. I think I also skipped a couple of outs, one rolled over from August so apologies that my in and out figures don’t match what I’m showing here. I gifted my Charlotte Tilbury lip liner to a friend as well as the Jergens sunless tanner. They’re just not for me, so they have a better home now.
