Dire Straits -- Concert Dublin, Ireland August 1991

AMIT TV (0119) From the great series of DVD's produced by RCJS This is one of the early concerts (# 5) from Dire Strait's 'On Every Street' World tour of 1991-1992. It was filmed from the audience, and well back in the hall, but has reasonable quality picture & sound. A bit jumpy at times. The camera positioning captures the excellent lighting show & production which was a feature of this tour. Being early in the tour, the band, was experimenting with a variety of songs & with different arrangements & solos etc. on many songs. Nice to have a capture of Portobello Belle with its Irish heritage played here in Dublin. As a bonus feature of this DVD a small sample (30mins approx.) of 17 of the songs from the tour opener on Friday, 23 August 1991 is included.
