With nowhere else to go, I took my young son with me and decided to leave the painful past behind. From that moment on, my son became my greatest motivation to keep moving forward. With the little money I had saved, I purchased a small piece of land in the mountains of Vietnam. The land was overgrown with weeds, and the old abandoned structures were damaged and neglected. But for my son and me, this forgotten place became the beginning of a new life. Determined to give my son a safe and peaceful home, I began clearing the land, removing the old structures, and building a simple bamboo house with my own hands. Fortunately, during our difficult journey, we met a kind-hearted elderly neighbor who welcomed us, lent us tools, and helped us when we needed it most. Her kindness gave us hope and reminded us that we were not alone. In this full video, my son and I begin our new journey together. I clear the overgrown land, prepare the ground, cut bamboo from the forest, build the house, make bamboo walls and doors, create a simple kitchen, and gradually turn this abandoned place into a peaceful home. We also begin growing vegetables, preparing simple meals, and planning a small mountain farm where we can live a quiet and self-sufficient life. We don't know what the future will bring, but I have decided to face every challenge and do everything I can to give my son a better future. This is more than a story about rebuilding an abandoned place or constructing a bamboo house.
