A Catfish Used His Face to Take K200,000 | Praise Umali | TZP Ep224

A woman sent K200,000 to "Richard" — a catfish using Praise Umali's photos. The Malawian singer tells us that story, plus the breakup song his ex texted him word-for-word before it came out, being "a Christian who makes music" rather than a gospel artist, his honest take on porn and faith, and whether he'd turn down a money-laundering cheque. Praise Umali is a Malawian singer, songwriter, producer and guitarist based in Lilongwe, blending Afro-pop, indie, folk and soul. His latest album is "Dreams for Sale."
