Bushcraft camping in heavy rain, building a shelter and cooking steak over a campfire deep in the forest. I arrived in the forest while the weather was still calm and started building my bushcraft camp. I made a shelter, built a campfire and prepared a simple wooden table for the night. Soon, heavy rain started falling. I stayed under my shelter and cooked a juicy steak with foil-wrapped potatoes over the fire while the rain continued around the camp. After dinner, I made some tea, spent the night in the forest, and went to sleep under the shelter. The next morning, everything had changed. The rain had stopped, the sun came out, and I finished the trip with a few quiet moments in the forest. This is a peaceful solo bushcraft camping experience focused on rain, nature, fire, shelter building and outdoor cooking.
