Salem Halloween 2026 | Body Camera Footage, Police Presence & Crowd Activity

MA TPI WATCH: SALEM HALLOWEEN 2026 | BODY CAMERA FOOTAGE Last night, MaTPIWatch headed into Salem equipped with a CAMMPRO I826 body camera to capture the Halloween festivities and the atmosphere throughout one of Massachusetts’ busiest Halloween celebrations. As viewers will notice, body camera footage can have considerable movement and may benefit from video stabilization. However, stabilization software can exclude or interfere with identifying information and embedded camera stamps. To preserve the original footage, maintain its integrity, and avoid compromising identifying information, MaTPIWatch does not stabilize body camera recordings. Throughout the night, locals, neighbors, and visitors from around the world could be seen enjoying much of what Salem’s Halloween celebration has to offer. Law enforcement was out in full force. During our time in the city, MaTPIWatch witnessed one arrest. We also observed an argument between a couple involving a set of keys and a cellphone that ultimately required police intervention. Despite a few incidents, much of the crowd appeared to remain under control, with officers maintaining a visible presence throughout the festivities. We didn’t stay for the drone show, as other stories and projects required our attention. If you enjoy unfiltered body camera footage and seeing what happens behind the scenes during major public events, this video may be right up your alley. This is MaTPIWatch — documenting Massachusetts traffic, public safety, and matters of public interest. #MaTPIWatch #SalemHalloween #BodycamFootage #SalemMA #PublicInterest
