Piriform Aperture Injection

Injection of the piriform aperture is performed down on bone at the alar base. Best practice is to place the needle at a slight angle so the hub of the needle is parallel with the bone; aspirate; slowly inject .2cc of hyaluronic acid filler; remove pressure on the plunger as you withdraw your needle.
