This video was produced by FCD members Juan Naval & Jackie Genuino of Applied Technical Diving. On October 26, 2020, Typhoon Quinta battered Batangas Bay where the M/V "Oceanic Explorer" was anchored. The storm took down the boat and tragically, its Chief Engineer too. This is a compilation video of the search and salvage operations made on November 2020.
