What No One Tells You About Europe After the USA

Thinking about moving from the USA to Europe? After two years in the United States and almost one year living in Europe, I want to share what I wish I knew before leaving America. We’re a Ukrainian family currently living in Romania, and we’ve also spent time in Portugal. After moving between countries and actually trying to build a normal life here — not just visiting as tourists — I started seeing Europe very differently. But visiting Europe and actually living here are two completely different experiences. One of the biggest lessons I learned is that cheaper living doesn't necessarily mean an easier life. Salaries are lower, opportunities can be very different, bureaucracy can be frustrating, and integrating into a local community isn't always easy. At the same time, Europe offers things that many people genuinely prefer: slower living, more balance, beautiful cities, affordable travel and a different relationship with work and life. This video isn't about saying Europe is bad or America is better. It's simply my experience after living on both sides.
