Adjusting SSB Frequency on a CB Radio Without Test Equipment

My LSB frequency was off on my Cobra 146GTL CB radio. I don't have the necessary test equipment, so I decided to adjust the frequency using two radios. I see no reason that this method will not work on other radios as long as you know the correct pot to adjust. Not the optimal way to adjust frequency, but it will get you in the ballpark without expensive test equipment.
