Why I'm Taking a Break From Van Life

This week's video is a very honest, real, behind the scenes dialogue that I think is important to share with you. I want to be clear - I’m not quitting van life, and I’m not done creating! I’m just taking a short break to reset, breathe, and take care of myself so I can keep doing this in a way that’s healthy and sustainable. We’ll be back on the road and adventuring again before we both know it! In the mean time - we will absolutely continue to have weekly long form videos and I already have some planned that I am very excited for 😊 Van life has given me so much — freedom, growth, unforgettable experiences — but it also comes with challenges that don’t always make it into the highlight reel. In this video, I wanted to slow down and talk openly about the harder parts, what’s been weighing on me, and why listening to myself right now feels important. As a newer creator, it really matters to me that this channel reflects real life, not just the polished moments, and that's what this video is all about. Thank you for being here and supporting our journey. I’m really grateful for this community 🤍 _____________________________________ ✨ Join "The Koa Club" on Patreon ✨   / sarahhfoss   Instagram:   / sarahhfoss   Facebook:   / sarahhfoss   _____________________________________ 🏜️ Want a van like mine? ↙️ Tommy Camper Vans Design Consult https://forms.gle/kwcwC7WNgi8nHWqz5 🚐 My Amazon Van Life Essentials: https://amazon.com/shop/sarahhfoss 🐶 We Feed Raw 50% OFF your first box!
