I share my experience deploying and testing a Next.js web application on a Virtual Private Server (VPS). I explain why you might host your Next.js application on a VPS, such as customization or location requirements. For my VPS provider, I chose Hetzner, but there are many options available. I'll walk you through the deployment process, including installing Node.js, checking for Git, and using the node version manager.
