After more than 5,000 km on my Canyon Grizl CF SL 6 AXS, would I buy it again today? I've ridden this gravel bike through Norwegian winters and 1,750 km across Europe carrying camping gear. In this independent, unsponsored long-term review, I look at what held up, what went wrong, and whether the Canyon Grizl still makes sense for the money. I cover the cassette problem that caused clicking under load, long-distance comfort, reliability, maintenance, SRAM Apex AXS gearing, and what I've learned from two years of ownership. But there's another question: what could I buy for the same money today? My Grizl cost approximately €3,000, or €3,300 including the SRAM Quarq power meter. I compare it with three alternatives: • Cube Nuroad C:62 EXC — €3,299 • Canyon Grizl CF 7 AXS — €2,999 • Canyon Grail CF SLX 8 AXS — €4,999 These comparisons use German manufacturer list prices and published specifications, not promotional discounts. I haven't ridden the Cube, so this is an equipment comparison rather than a head-to-head ride test. These bicycles also have different intended uses. And if you've ridden the Cube Nuroad C:62 EXC, how does it compare in real life? I purchased this bicycle myself. No sponsorship, no gifted bicycle. #CanyonGrizl #GravelBikeReview #Bikepacking
